In short
- Status: closed testing and under construction; account only, by invitation.
- Test: free, no fixed length at this stage; no price or offer.
- Real personal data only after the data processing agreement (DPA) is agreed.
- Support by email, with no commitment to continuous availability.
These terms apply to people who use CORUZ Process and to the organisation they represent. They complement the site Terms and Conditions and the Apps privacy page. By accepting the invitation and creating the account, the organisation declares that it has read these terms.
1. Parties and scope
CORUZ Process is provided by Pedro Coruche, as a sole trader, under the CORUZ brand (see the Legal notice), to the organisation that is given access and to the users it names. These terms cover only CORUZ Process, in its test version. An audit depends on a separate agreement and is not included. The services are aimed at companies and professionals, not at consumers.
2. Status of the tool
CORUZ Process helps a company write down and control its processes (steps, owners, control points and approvals). It is in closed testing and under construction: its functions, access and these terms may change. It is not for sale, has no price or offer, and no future features or launch date are promised.
3. Invitation and account
Access is by invitation, with an account created for the organisation; there is no public sign-up. The organisation names who represents it and who uses the account, manages its users and permissions, protects the credentials and tells me about any improper access.
4. Trial
The test is closed and free, with no fixed length at this stage; I may extend, change or end access, with notice where possible. There is no charge and no automatic paid sign-up. Any future subscription will have its own conditions, presented and accepted before any purchase.
5. Permitted use and data
Use the tool for lawful, authorised purposes, respecting third-party rights, without accessing accounts or data without authorisation or disrupting the service. Enter only data the organisation is entitled to process. Do not enter sensitive data (for example, health data) or data about offences. During the trial, prefer fictitious or anonymised data; real personal data only after the data processing agreement (point 7) has been accepted.
6. Content and ownership
The organisation keeps its rights over the content and data it enters and is responsible for having the right to use and share them, including data about its clients and suppliers. CORUZ keeps its rights over the software, the brand and its own content. Access does not transfer ownership of the code or allow use beyond what is agreed.
7. Personal data and confidentiality
The Apps privacy page explains the processing. When I process personal data on behalf of the organisation, I do so on its instructions and under a data processing agreement (DPA), to be agreed in writing before real personal data is entered. Each party protects the other's confidential information and limits access to what is necessary. I do not use the organisation's data for other purposes.
8. Availability and support
CORUZ Process is provided as a test, with no commitment to continuous availability. There may be planned maintenance, interruptions and slowness, including because of notices from the hosting provider (for example, maintenance windows), which I try to communicate when possible. Support is by email, at contact@coruz.pt, with no guaranteed hours or response times at this stage.
9. Suspension and end
I may suspend access, proportionately and with notice where possible, in case of misuse, a security risk or breach of these terms; the organisation may leave at any time. When access ends, what happens to the data follows the Apps privacy page, including requests for erasure; I ask the organisation to keep a copy of anything important.
10. Liability and complaints
Each party is liable as provided by law. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken solely on the basis of the tool's results; nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Questions and complaints: contact@coruz.pt.
11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
I may change these terms, giving users reasonable notice of material changes. The version that applies is the one accepted at sign-up, and I keep proof of that acceptance (version and date). These terms are governed by Portuguese law; the courts of the judicial district (comarca) of Porto have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules that apply.
