Terms and Conditions
Rules for using the site and the framework for the services provided by Coruz.
Last updated: 2026-07-02
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the coruz.pt website and the operational support, reporting and process organization services provided by Pedro Coruche, under the Coruz brand. By using this site, you accept these terms.
1. Who I am
Coruz is the personal brand of Pedro Coruche, based in Porto, Portugal, not a registered company. The activity has not yet been formally set up with the Portuguese tax authorities; if and when it is, it will operate as a self-employed sole-trader activity under Portuguese law ("recibos verdes"), not through a company. Until then, this site serves an informational and contact purpose only: filling in the contact form or booking a diagnostic call does not constitute an engagement and does not create any payment obligation. Any future collaboration will only begin once the activity has been formally set up, with scope, timelines and terms agreed in writing.
2. Use of the site
- The site's content is for informational purposes about the services offered and does not, by itself, constitute a binding contractual offer.
- You agree to use the site lawfully, without interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access unauthorized areas or data.
- The contact and scheduling forms (Cal.com) are intended exclusively for genuine contact or diagnosis requests.
3. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, visual identity, logo, images and structure) belongs to Coruz or is used with due authorization. It may not be copied, redistributed or reused commercially without prior written permission.
4. Services provided
Reporting and indicators services and process organization services are defined on a case-by-case basis, through a specific proposal following the initial diagnostic call (free and with no strings attached, see point 1). The scope, timelines, deliverables and commercial conditions of each project are agreed in writing before work begins and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
5. Limitation of liability
The information available on the site, including blog articles and informational content, is provided "as is", without guarantees of permanent accuracy. Coruz is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's informational content, without appropriate professional validation.
6. Links to third parties
The site may contain links to third-party services (for example, Cal.com, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Coruz does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data collected through the site is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site or the services, the competent jurisdiction is the judicial district (comarca) of Porto, Portugal, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution: in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). More information on the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
10. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms when my services or the applicable law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
