What I bring to your company.
For owners of micro and small businesses. Short missions, with a start and an end. I follow your team's real work, put it in order, and what stays behind works without me.
Quoted per mission, after the first conversation. Early-stage activity, still in testing.
Three steps, no surprises
A free first conversation
You tell me what is holding the team back. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you straight away.
One mission, one quote
We agree the scope and the quote together after that conversation, before anything starts. Everything is put in writing.
Something that stays
I deliver something the team keeps using after I leave: the process, the standards, the report and the routine.
What changes in the week of whoever decides
Today, every matter goes through you. After the mission, each matter has an owner and you follow everything in a weekly review. Press Today and After to see the difference.
Five building blocks that stay in your company
I start from what already exists and turn it into a way of working the team runs without depending on one person. CORUZ Ops is the service available today; CORUZ Control is a tool under construction that grows out of this kind of work and is not for sale yet.
- Process mapWho does what, and in what order.
- Execution standardsThe agreed way to do each task.
- Report templateOne page, the numbers that matter.
- Review routineOne fixed slot in the week.
- Simple prototypeIn Notion or Excel, ready to use.
The two-week test
If you took two weeks off, what would stop? Answer six questions and see where your company depends on you, and where I would start.
What people usually ask
How much does it cost?
The price is set per mission and agreed after the first conversation, with no obligation.
Do I have to change tools?
No. I start from what the team already uses and organise the work on top of it. The focus is order, not the tool.
What if you are not the right person for my case?
I will tell you in the first conversation, and point you to what would make sense instead.
What stays in the company at the end?
Building blocks the team keeps using without me: the process map, the execution standards, the report template and the review routine.
What stage is this activity at?
It is at an early, testing stage, as a sole trader (Pedro Coruche). No legal entity has been set up yet. I do not give legal, tax or compliance advice: I coordinate the work and do not advise in those areas.
Let's find out where the work gets lost.
The first 45-minute conversation is free. It's there to define a first useful intervention. The quote comes afterwards, in writing.
